Links Worldwide Properties echo the sentiment conveyed on Trevor Macdonald's Tonight programme, shown on ITV 2006, where it was stated that resales were the safest option for buyers of properties in Spain.
Most of the properties we deal with are usually no more than 2 - 3 years old & the resale prices are more realistic & come with many of the necessary extras. Add to that the fact that you can view the completed immediate area surrounding your chosen property… believe us, that's a huge plus!
YOUR INSPECTION VISIT....
Very few things in life are free & those companies providing free or cheap inspection trips, will expect to hold you captive throughout your visit, whilst showing properties most of which you'll have no interest in & use dubious pressure tactics in the hope you will make an on-the-spot decision to purchase one of their properties.
Our inspection trips are neither free nor subsidised, as we do not want you to feel under any undue obligation to us. Your time is yours... it's your trip & it should be relaxed & without pressure.
However, we can arrange a comprehensive trip including flights &/or accommodation, be it a hotel, private villa or apartment. When it comes to flights from your UK airport to the nearest local Spanish airport, we can collect you, or alternatively we can arrange car hire for you... just advise us of your budget & preferences. You may wish to deal with these matters yourself, or perhaps we could assist with finding you your accommodation... it is up to you... we will do as little or as much as you wish.
We will prepare a flexible viewing itinerary, which can include introducing you to some of the many restaurants & beaches etc.
